  1. BORLAND DATABASE ENGINE UPGRADE

  3. IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY
  4. This software upgrade ("Software") is owned by Borland
  5. International, Inc. ("Borland") or its suppliers and is
  6. protected by copyright law and international copyright
  7. treaty.  To be eligible to install and use the Software,
  8. you must own a licensed, registered copy of a Borland
  9. product ("Borland product") which includes files
  10. designated by Borland as BORLAND DATABASE ENGINE.

  12. Your installation and use of the Software is governed by
  13. the license statement and limited warranty ("License
  14. Agreement") of the Borland product, including the
  15. disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liabilities.
  16. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE,
  17. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  18. OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.  If you are not an eligible user
  19. or if you do not agree to be bound by all of the terms
  20. and conditions of the License Agreement, you may not
  21. install or use the Software.
