IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY
This software upgrade ("Software") is owned by Borland
International, Inc. ("Borland") or its suppliers and is
protected by copyright law and international copyright
treaty.  To be eligible to install and use the Software,
you must own a licensed, registered copy of a Borland
product ("Borland product") which includes files
designated by Borland as BORLAND DATABASE ENGINE.

Your installation and use of the Software is governed by
the license statement and limited warranty ("License
Agreement") of the Borland product, including the
disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liabilities.
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE,
YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.  If you are not an eligible user
or if you do not agree to be bound by all of the terms
and conditions of the License Agreement, you may not
install or use the Software.
