  21. entire liability and your exclusive remedy, at Microsoft's option, shall be the cost of the Trial 
  22. Version or its replacement with another copy of the Trial Version.  To the maximum extent permitted 
  23. by applicable law, in no event shall Microsoft or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever 
  24. (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of 
  25. business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this 
  26. Microsoft product, even if Microsoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  Because
