1. Database Functions
JukeItUp! can store details of your songs and playing habits in a database. This allows some advanced features to be provided such as random plays of your favourite songs. The database engine needed is Microsoft DAO version 3.5 or later. DAO is NOT provided as standard with Windows 95 or 98, but applications like Microsoft Office will install it for you. If you find that your system does not have DAO, you can download it, free of charge from either www.microsoft.com or www.jukeitup.com
2. Helpfile
The file jukeitup.chm is located within your installed JukeItUp directory. If this file does not work on your system you can view online help at http://www.jukeitup.com or http://www.jukeitup.co.uk
The jukeitup.chm helpfile is written in the Microsoft HTML Helpfile format and should be usable on any 95/98/NT system with Microsoft Explorer 3.0 or later installed.
3. Licence
JukeItUp! Ecstasy Edition is Shareware unlike JukeItUp! which was Freeware. We need your support to continue bringing the features to JukeIUp! Ecstasy Editon that you want.
Registration is currently ú19.95 UK Sterling (approximately US$32). By registering you secure future releases of this product which you will receive at no additional cost. See http://www.jukeitup.com or http://www.jukeitup.co.uk for more details.
Some features such as ripping/encoding will only be available for 30 days then will become unavailable without registration.

4. Updates

Registration is available at ú19.95 UK Sterling (approximately US$33).
5. On-line Payments/Registration
We accept payments by Mastercard/Access/Visa
All payments are processed by Secure Trading (UK) Limited and transfer of payment is made by Barclays Bank plc (UK).
We are registered under the Data Protection Act (England) and all customer details are held securely. We do not provide our customer details to any other companies under any circumstances.
6. Technical Support
Technical support is available via e-mail at: support@jukeitup.co.uk or support@jukeitup.com We operate a policy of responding to e-mails within 24 hours. Please state the operating system, eg. Windows 95 and error message generated if applicable.
7. Known Problems
Ripping functions depend upon the installation of the ASPI library. This is included with Windows 95 and 98, but not with NT4. ASPI is available from Adaptec (www.adaptec.com).
Sometimes the desktop and start menu shortcuts are installed without any target information and so are non-functional. This is usually fixed by rebooting the machine.
