  6.    From the Main Menu press the <3> key. Here you are given the choice to
  7.    Edit/Delete, Add or View the categories.

  10.                                 ════ Edit/Delete ════
  11.  
  12.    When Edit/Delete is selected Choose the category from the search
  13.    window. Use the up/down arrow keys,  move the bar to the desired
  14.    category and press <ENTER>. Now the Main Category can be changed and a
  15.    different abbreviation can be added. If an abbreviation is not added
  16.    the program will use the first 6 letters from the category name and
  17.    write it to the record. It is advisable when choosing an abbreviation
  18.    that the letters chosen show an association with the word it
  19.    represents.

  22.                            ════ Summary of Commands ════

  24.         PgDn   Is used to go to the next record.
  25.         PgUp   Is used for going to the previous record.
  26.         <F5>   Delete the record that is present on the screen.
  27.         <ESC>  Quit and save the records that were edited. When Main
  28.                Categories are changed all recipes that are cataloged using
  29.                the category are changed also.

  34.    Lets add a Main Category. Select the <Add> function from the Category
  35.    Menu.

  46.    Add the Main Category. When that is complete use the <ENTER> key and
  47.    move to the next field (Abbreviation). Type in up to 6 letters that
  48.    best describe the Main Category. After that is finished use the <ESC>
  49.    key to quit and save or <PgDn> to a blank record to add another
  50.    Category.

  53.                                    ════ View ════

  55.    With the <View> function the list of categories can be viewed.  This
  56.    feature is important because it allows the user a chance to view and
  57.    verify the presence of categories used for cataloging recipes.

  62.                          ════ Sequence Recipe # ════
  63.  
  64.    By definition (Sequence) means the coming of one thing after another or
  65.    succession. What this function does is put things in an order. The
  66.    window that comes up after this function is chosen shows that the
  67.    abbreviations and code plus the recipe name are arranged in a sequence.
  68.    Look at the arrangement of the Categories using the <VIEW> function.
  69.    Now select <SEQUENCE RECIPE #>, from the next screen type <Y>. The
  70.    program will rearrange the abbreviations with their code and the recipe
  71.    name into an order. Go back to <VIEW> when this is finished. Notice the
  72.    change in order. If you choose to use this function this is what can be
  73.    expected of it.
