THE INTERSTATE TRAVELER - 2.0
Copyright 1991-1993 by David E. Jacobson
This demonstration provides a detailed look at the trip
planning features available in THE INTERSTATE TRAVELER. It is best
used as a script for actually running the program, but can be used
as a reference for using any particular feature of the program.
This motor trip will begin in Henderson, Texas, a city located
in the east-central part of the state. The ultimate destination is
New Orleans, Louisiana. On the way there, an overnight stop to
visit friends who live in Vicksburg, Mississippi will be planned.
Then, it is on to New Orleans, where the evening will be spent
visiting Bourbon Street. The following day will be occupied with
seeing the sights of the French Quarter and the evening with a
nighttime bus tour of the city. The return trip home will start
the next morning and be routed through Baton Rouge, Lafayette,
Alexandria, and Shreveport, Louisiana.
The travel party will consist of two adult couples who plan to
split the expenses of the four day trip.
Step 1 - Setting Up the Trip
