  2.      WHAT'S NEW in Mail Manager v3.51 - January 27, 1994

  5.      v3.50 represented some major changes in the program, and unfortunately
  6.      a few problems in the handling of Fido *.MSG messages escaped our
  7.      detection before v3.50 was released.
  8.  
  9.      So, v3.51 is a quick maint. release, to fix them.
  10.  
  11.      THE ONLY EXECUTABLE CHANGED since the release of v3.50 is MAILMGR.EXE
  12.      itself.  All other executables, and all text files (in 351-TXT.ZIP)
  13.      are exactly as they were released with v3.50.
  14.  
  15.      If you are upgrading from v3.50, you can just drop in the MAILMGR.EXE
  16.      in this package, and go.  If you are upgrading from a version earlier
  17.      than v3.50, have a look at README.1ST.

  19.      Version 3.51 corrects the following problems in 3.50:

  21.      1)  No longer returns "user file not found" error when attempting
  22.          to select an *.MSG area for the first time, and now lets you
  23.          select the area.
  24.  
  25.      2)  No longer shows un-joined *.MSG areas in lower case (ones that
  26.          the user has sufficient security to access).
  27.  
  28.      3)  No longer occasionally shows "0" as highest message in MAIN
  29.          area on the Sysop-only I)nfo screen.
  30.  
  31.      4)  No longer spews whole message back at you after posting an
  32.          *.MSG message in a non-netmail area.
  33.  
  34.      Again, the only file changed from v3.50 is MAILMGR.EXE itself.  All
  35.      of the other miscellaneous executables are exactly as-released with
  36.      v3.50.  See the HISTORY.DOC entry for v3.50 (or the WHATSNEW.350
  37.      file) to see what all has changed since the release of v3.11.
