  10.     This program is an icon-based program launcher. For those that have never
  11. seen or used one, get it now, you'll wonder why you didn't do so long ago.
  12. APPBAR places a strip of configurable icons down the right side of your screen.
  13. You decide which programs to include in that strip (up to 38) and simply alter
  14. the APPBAR.INI file. Place APPBAR into your Windows-Startup group and each time 
  15. you boot Windows, APPBAR will be in place along the right side of your screen.
  16.     Now, instead of opening the Windows Accessories Window, pushing the Write
  17. application icon and waiting for it to load, you can simply touch the Write 
  18. icon on APPBAR and it automatically opens for you. A handy utility, APPSETUP, 
  19. is included to help you configure APPBAR for your system. Programs can be setup 
  20. to run Normal, Minimized, or Maximized mode as well.
