  3. Retriever is distributed as fully functional, uncrippled shareware.

  5. You are entitled to evaluate Retriever for a period of up to 30 days free of charge.
  6. After this period you are required to register Retriever with the author.

  8. Continued use of Retriever beyond the 30 day trial period without registration is illegal.

  12. Retriever may not be distributed as part of or for use with a commercial product without 
  13. written permission by the author.

  15. You have permission to include Retriever in a commercial Shareware CDROM or other collection, 
  16. together with other software, as long as the presence of Retriever is not the main selling

  51. After entering your registration key your copy of Retriever will be personalized to your 
  52. name. The UNREGISTERED message in the title bar will be removed. As an additional bonus a 
  53. new button in the about box will allow you to flame the author via e-mail. Registered users 
  54. are entitled for e-mail support. You will receive e-mail notification if (and only if) an 
  55. updated version becomes available, unless you donÆt wish to.
