  4. This one use toolbars found in office 97 or outlook 98
  5. it can view jpg files and ico/bmp and some othere
  6. but not gif yet
  7. REad the about window!!!

  9. i'll be adding a edit area so people can edit jpg and bmp and gif as i learn them

  11. you can save jpg to bmp and bmp to jpg
