GhostViewer 0.1.0 build 5

This is my first release!!!
This one use toolbars found in office 97 or outlook 98
it can view jpg files and ico/bmp and some othere
but not gif yet
REad the about window!!!

i'll be adding a edit area so people can edit jpg and bmp and gif as i learn them

you can save jpg to bmp and bmp to jpg
