  6.         "Coordinate x-y help"
  7.         Produces a graphic display that shows the screen coordinate
  8.         system.   It shows the screen boundaries and the present plot
  9.         boundaries and their coordinates.

  11.         "Top of plot"
  12.         Allows the user to move the top of the plot.

  14.         "Bottom of plot"
  15.         Allows the user to move the bottom of the plot.

  17.         "Vertical axis title"
  18.         Allows the user to change the title on the y-axis (vertical
  19.         or up and down).  Whatever string the user types in will be
  20.         displayed on the plot.  (79 chars max.)
