  8.         DESCRIPTION OF SYMPTOMS:

  10.         The installation of OS/2 2.0 goes fine up to disk 15 but then the
  11.         system prompts for disk 16, the problem is there are only disks
  12.         0-15 for installation and the printer driver diskettes.

  14.         SUMMARY OF RESOLUTION:
  15.         This problem usually occurs on systems which have had the A: and B:
  16.         drives switched because OS/2 has to install from drive A: but drive
  17.         A: was a 5.25 inch drive and the install disks are 3.5 inch. The
  18.         drive cables must be physically switched and the CMOS setup has to
  19.         be updated as to the new configuration.

  21.         DETAILS OF RESOLUTION:
  22.         Go inside the machine and swap floppy drive cable connectors, use
  23.         the system's setup utility to set the new CMOS parameters, and then
  24.         install OS/2 from the "new" Drive A.  Sometimes the floppy drive
  25.         cable connectors will not be the same.  If so an adapter plug can
  26.         be obtained.
