  12. SYMPTOM:

  14. Icons randomly appear black after applying Service Pak XR06200.
  15. This is an annoyance, but does not effect productivity.

  18. RESOLUTION:
  19.  
  20. You need the following 32 bit, Version 2.10, image adapter
  21. drivers:
  22.  
  23. IA16V210.ZIP     OS/2 1.3 or 2.0 Device Support
  24. DDFV210.ZIP      Display Support
  25. IA32V210.ZIP     OS/2 V2.10 or higher 32 bit support

  28. PROCEDURES:
  29.  
  30. Use any of the following procedures to obtain the files:

  33. 1.  Download the files from the Service Delivery Machine
  34.     at (407) 443-8000  in AREA 2 VIDEO Utilities and Drivers.
  35.     Password is IMAGE
  36.     NOTE:  Make sure you label the diskettes when they
  37.            are formatted.   For example:
  38.                        IAA16210
  39.                        DISP_SPT
  40.                        IAA32210
  41.  
  42. 2.  Ask your IBM SE or account representatiave to request the
  43.     files on VM using the following command:
  44.  
  45.     TOOLS SENDTO BCRVM1 SERC DISPLAY GET IAAV210 PACKAGE
  46.  
  47.     It can take up to 24 hours to receive an electronic request.
  48.     Files can then be downloaded to diskettes - these are binary
  49.     files in EMT format.
  50.  
  51. 3.  Download the files from the IBM BBS  (919) 517-0001.
  52.  
  53. 4.  If the above options are not feasible, call the OS/2 800
  54.     number and request APAR PJ14534.  This is sent to you by
  55.     first class mail.
