- SYMPTOM:
-
- Icons randomly appear black after applying Service Pak XR06200.
- This is an annoyance, but does not effect productivity.

- RESOLUTION:
-
- You need the following 32 bit, Version 2.10, image adapter
- drivers:
-
- IA16V210.ZIP OS/2 1.3 or 2.0 Device Support
- DDFV210.ZIP Display Support
- IA32V210.ZIP OS/2 V2.10 or higher 32 bit support

- PROCEDURES:
-
- Use any of the following procedures to obtain the files:
-

- 1. Download the files from the Service Delivery Machine
- at (407) 443-8000 in AREA 2 VIDEO Utilities and Drivers.
- Password is IMAGE
- NOTE: Make sure you label the diskettes when they
- are formatted. For example:
- IAA16210
- DISP_SPT
- IAA32210

- 2. Ask your IBM SE or account representatiave to request the
- files on VM using the following command:
-
- TOOLS SENDTO BCRVM1 SERC DISPLAY GET IAAV210 PACKAGE
-
- It can take up to 24 hours to receive an electronic request.
- Files can then be downloaded to diskettes - these are binary
- files in EMT format.

- 3. Download the files from the IBM BBS (919) 517-0001.
-
- 4. If the above options are not feasible, call the OS/2 800
- number and request APAR PJ14534. This is sent to you by
- first class mail.
