- SYS1475 & SYS2027, cannot boot to OS2
- SYS1475 & SYS2027, OS2BOOT cannot be found
- SYS1475 & SYS2027, Operating System missing

- Please Read Entire Document For Full Explanation of Procedures

- NOTE: The system also displays this error if there is
- diskette in drive A: Check to be sure you do
- NOT have a diskette in drive A: If so, remove it
- and restart the system.

- RESOLUTION:
-
- Do the following steps to restore your system files back to the hard
- disk.
-
- 1. Insert Installation Diskette into drive A:
-
- 2. Turn computer on, or press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart the system.
-
- 3. When prompted, remove Installation Diskette and insert
- Diskette 1.
-
- 4. Press Enter.
-
- 5. When the Welcome Screen appears:
- - For OS/2 WARP: Press F3 to display the command prompt.
- - For OS/2 2.X: Press Esc to display the command prompt.

- 6. Reinsert the Installation Diskette.
-
- 7. Type: SYSINSTX X: and press Enter.
- (where X: is where OS/2 resides)

- 8. When the command completes, remove the diskette and restart
- system.
