  32. scroll forward and backward in a file and to pan long lines
  33. horizontally.

  36. directory to the fully or partially specified directory anywhere
  37. on the CURRENT DRIVE. Functionally it is a super set of the
  38. CDcommand.

  42. File Browse program. File Browse allows the user to go forward
  43. or backward through a file, find strings or look at the file in
  44. hexadecimal.

  46. FLIST version 5.6. A Directory and File List utility for OS/2.
  47. FLIST is a utility that is designed to ease the use of your PC
  48. by allowing execution of commands from a file selection list. You
  49. will no longer need to enter long commands at the command line
  50. as most FLIST commands are activated with a single key. You can
  51. copy, move, rename, delete, edit and much more just by
  52. pressing one key. With the FLIST package you should have received
  53. the following files:
  54. -  FLIST.EXE  FileList, the program.
  55. -  FLIST.DOC  Filelist, documentation (this file).
  56. -  BVIDEO.DLL TJD Software Video DLL. This file is included for
  57.    compatibilty with previous versions of the package and is NOT
  58.    required by the current versions.

  62. -  PA.EXE   The Programmer's assistant.

  65. MLINE version 1.0. Multiple selection menus from DOS and OS/2
  66. batchfiles. MLINE is a utility designed to increase the power and
  67. flexiblity of DOS .BAT and OS/2 .CMD command files. It allows
  68. batch files to prompt the user for responses to questions and act
  69. accordingly.

  72. At this point PA has 5 functions, but it is very likely that more
  73. functions will be added in the future. 
  74. These functions are currently implemented:
  75. -      ASCII table, with lookup facility
  76. -      CALCULATOR, with Hex/Dec/Oct/Bin conversion
  77. -      SCANCODE, shows keystroke scancodes.
  78. -      SYSTEM INFO, your system's configuration.
  79. -      DISK INFO, a list of all the disks and technical  informa-
  80.        tion about them.
  81. In addition to the above functions, PA displays the time and date
  82. continuously as well the amount of free space on the current disk
  83. drive and the size of the largest free contiguous memory block.

  85. THE GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT PACKAGE extends the OS/2 system with a
  86. minor but useful feature. It also serves as a demonstration of
  87. how OS/2 can be extended using a Dynamic Link Library.

  102. LaserJet Lister Utility Version 2.0 (LJ2UP.EXE), is a utility
  103. that prints ASCII text files in "2-up" (two pages on each piece
  104. of paper) format on a Hewlett-Packard LaserJet (or LaserJet+)
  105. printer. To run this program, you need a font cartridge with the
  106. Line Printer font in landscape form.

  108. MOUSEXY2 V2.0 This os/2 application shows the mouse x,y position.

  110. NLOFF.EXE is an OS/2 utility to turn off the NUMLOCK key on IBM
  111. PS/2s (and other machines that default to having it on) on the
  112. Enhanced Keyboard.

  114. PRTTOC.EXE this program will print a list of files to stdout
  115. with:
  116.  - a Table of Contents
  117.  - page breaks
  118.  - page headers with file name and page numbers

  120. QuickDoc++ wil read in your C++ header files, and build a
  121. QuickHelp database. You can then use Microsoft's QuickHelp engine
  122. to look up all your C++ classes.
