  91.     The resgistration fee is US$300.00 if received by the cut-off
  92.         date of: 28 November 1997.

  94.     After this date, a fee of US$400.00 must be paid on-site, whether
  95.         or not you have pre-registered.

  97.     Full-time students with proper ID will receive a US$100 credit
  98.     toward the registration fee.

  100.     If you checked YES to receive a Hard Copy or CD-ROM copy of the
  101.     Proceedings, US$50.00 or US$10.00 respectively will be added
  102.     to the registration fee.

  106.     REFUND POLICY:  Refunds are subject to a US$50.00 service charge.   
  107.         Requests for refunds must be received by 1800ET, Thursday,
  108.         December 4, 1997.  Refund requests will not be honored beyond this
  109.         point.
