IMPORTANT:

    The resgistration fee is US$300.00 if received by the cut-off
        date of: 28 November 1997.

    After this date, a fee of US$400.00 must be paid on-site, whether
        or not you have pre-registered.

    Full-time students with proper ID will receive a US$100 credit
	toward the registration fee.

    If you checked YES to receive a Hard Copy or CD-ROM copy of the
	Proceedings, US$50.00 or US$10.00 respectively will be added
	to the registration fee.

    Your credit card account will show a charge to CNRI-Reston, VA.

    REFUND POLICY:  Refunds are subject to a US$50.00 service charge.   
        Requests for refunds must be received by 1800ET, Thursday,
        December 4, 1997.  Refund requests will not be honored beyond this
        point. 

    Register ONE person per form.  Substitutions are NOT allowed.
        Include a completed Registration Form with payment.

    Purchase orders are not accepted. We cannot invoice for payment.

    DD Form 1556 IS accepted.

    Your registration fee includes Sunday evening reception (cash bar)
