  17. As required by Routing Protocol Criteria (RFC 1264), this report
  18. documents the key features of the RIP-2 protocol and the current
  19. implementation experience.  This report is a prerequisite to
  20. advancing RIP-2 on the standards track.  This RFC is the product of
  21. the RIP Version II Working Group of the IETF.

  23. This memo provides information for the Internet community.  This memo
  24. does not specify an Internet standard of any kind.  Distribution of
  25. this memo is unlimited.

  27. This announcement is sent to the IETF list and the RFC-DIST list.
