  20. This memo describes an ONC/RPC security flavor that allows RPC
  21. protocols to access the Generic Security Services Application
  22. Programming Interface (referred to henceforth as GSS-API).
  23.  
  24. This is now a Proposed Standard Protocol.
  25.  
  26. This document specifies an Internet standards track protocol for
  27. the Internet community, and requests discussion and suggestions
  28. for improvements.  Please refer to the current edition of the
  29. "Internet Official Protocol Standards" (STD 1) for the
  30. standardization state and status of this protocol.  Distribution
  31. of this memo is unlimited.
