  3. This device driver supports code page character display on enhanced graphics
  4. adapters and some others. If DEVICE=ANSI.SYS in also in the CONFIG.SYS file,
  5. it must appear before any DEVICE=DISPLAY.SYS lines.

  9. hwcp is the code page built into your monitor.

  11. n is the number of code pages DOS should support for the monitor, up to 12. n
  12.     must be zero (0) if type=MONO or CGA.

  14. m is the number of sub-fonts to support. The maximum value is 2 for EGA, and
  15.     1 for LCD.
