  1. Conditions of Use for JCUMetSat Weather Satellite Images.

  3. The images in the ftp archive ftp.jcu.edu.au can be downloaded provided:
  4.  
  5. 1 If the images are published or re-distributed (ftp, www, paper etc):
  6.     I   The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at
  7.         James Cook University, Townsville, Australia is to be acknowleged
  8.         for receiving and processing the images.
  9.     II  The Japanese Meteorological Agency is to be acknowleged for
  10.         providing the GMS satellite and the raw data.
  11.     III The images are not to be altered.
  12.     IV  A copy of these conditions are to be placed in the ftp or www
  13.         directory which contain the images and html links must point to
  14.         these conditions in the case of www pages.

  16. 2 The Images are not to be sold.
