Inventories of the Rich and Dangerous

If you're reading this, you've probably finished reading
all 125 episodes of the Adventurers saga. If not, I'd now
recommend that you wait to read this until you've finished
the saga, since everything in this file applies to the nine
characters at the point immediately after the events shown
in part 125. Case in point: the adventurers' levels have
raised considerably; this is due to certain powerful magic
in the dungeon they explored in episode 125, magic great
enough to bypass the need for training and studying.
As we saw at the conclusion of the last episode, the nine
adventurers went through a strange inter-dimensional portal
that looked like a mirror. They were then hurled into some
other time and place - to quote the module, "...Adventuring
may continue, but not in this universe."
What happens next is a topic for another posting; this
one will reveal the vital statistics and item inventories
of the adventurers, as well as discuss some of their more
powerful possessions, at the point when they left their
home dimension, wherein Oerth and Greyhawk are located.

(the wand is currently in need of mystical charging).
Ring of Health (Arnold)
Renders wearer immune to any diseases and sickness
save those caused by divine sources.
Orb of Fate (Mongo)
Once per day, this crystal sphere will answer aloud
any one yes/no question.
Cadeucus (Mongo)
This powerful item of Good, when touched to a wounded
mortal of non-evil alignment, will cure all wounds and
diseases, blindness, deafness, feeblemind, and paralysis
provided the recipient makes a successful system shock
roll; failure indicates that that mortal can never again
be helped by the rod. This item will only cure the same
individual once in any given week.
Hell Cube (Mongo)
This powerful item of evil has unknown powers of a
summoning nature.
Horn of Siege (Mongo)
This horn, when winded, causes a powerful earthquake
(at the 25th level of magic use). It can be winded but
once per month.
Cornucopia of Endless Food (Mongo)
This item never fails to be full of plenty of tasty,
nourishing fare, provided that it is in the hands of a
Good individual.
Dragon Shield (Flint)
This mighty artifact, besides being a nearly unbreakable
large shield +4, has one simple power. No form of dragon
breath can harm one who holds the shield with skill and
courage.
black cube (Peldor)
This small (2" on a side) cube of black stone holds a
powerful secret, one that Peldor has yet to unlock.
magical feather tattoos (Peldor)
Each of the feathers has some magical power; after some
owner has had a particular feather for nine days straight,
the item vanishes from physical existence. The owner will
find a small tattoo on his person, a feather tattoo of the
color that his or her feather was. Henceforth, the powers
of the feather are his or hers to command. And they are:
white.........feather falling
silver........invisibility (as the ring)
yellow........regeneration (as the ring)
orange........+3 on saves
red...........fire resistance (as the ring)
green.........+3 protection
gold..........wish (1/year)
blue..........cold resistance
purple........haste (3/day)
black.........poison resistance
Necklace of Obscurity (Peldor)
The wearer of this simple-looking necklace cannot be
scried, sought, or otherwise detected by any spell or
magical device.
Nightfang (Peldor)
N longsword +4 of sharpness
wieldy and light as a dagger for initiative and melee
purposes
only a powerless +1 sword in the hands of a non-thief
purpose: to aid and abet rogues (namely, its owner)
grants nine lives to worthy wielder, via teleportation
to nearest safe point at moment of death
blue crystal pyramid (Rillen)
When shattered, this strange glass item summons a fire
elemental king (24 HD) to serve the owner for an hour.
