  402.  The second Hurricane Carter Benefit concert in Houston ("Night Of The
  403.  Hurricane 2") in January 1976 has been included in the first Rolling Thunder
  404.  Revue tour as this concert is musically more like the fall shows than the
  405.  shows of the second tour later in 1976.

  514.   This film was shot during the first Rolling Thunder Revue tour.
  515.   Sam Shepard was hired as script writer, but produced no script,
  516.   instead the "diary" Rolling Thunder Logbook [2].

  518.   Dylan and Howard Alk spent large part of 1977 editing the film and
  519.   it was first released January 25, 1978.
