Analysis regardless of the capabilities or subject knowledge of

between ideas. Defining (or creating) boundaries,

In most non-hypertext systems (regulations, procedures,
policy manuals, etc.), rarely has anyone created
taxonomies that provide both good paths and good
boundaries.
Making structure That means a major part of classification work is not
seem natural putting ideas in slots, but the creation of natural
============ slots or patterns that others will readily accept.
How to do it Once I've identified the categories, I use my language
============ skills to make my categories seem complete, parallel,
and ordered. Such categories are what makes the structure
