  108. 5. Encryption in IP6
  109.  
  110.    The IESG agreed that the IP6 specification should require both
  111.    privacy and authentication.  To be clear, if an implementation
  112.    is not able to send and receive IP6 datagrams with an encryption      |
  113.    header, then that implementation is not conformant.
  114.  
  115. 6. IPng Candidate Working Groups
  116.  
  117.    The IESG agreed to move the CATNIP and TUBA Working Groups to
  118.    the Internet Area now.  The SIPP Working Group will conclude
  119.    after the creation of the IPng Working-Group-to-be.
