  41.  1. The minutes of the February 3 teleconference were approved. Coya to
  42.     make available on the Shadow directories.

  44.  2. The IESG approved the creation of the NOTARY Working Group. Coya to
  45.     send announcement to the IETF.

  47.  3. The IESG tediously discussed the the concept of a vice-chair and
  48.     other IESG organizational changes. Discussion was deferred until
  49.     the retreat scheduled in April.
