  41.  1. The minutes from the January 13 Teleconference were approved. Coya
  42.     to place into the shadow directories.
  43.  
  44.  2. The IESG approved Definitions of Managed Objects for the SONET/SDH
  45.     Interface Type <draft-ietf-atommib-sonet-04.txt> as a Proposed
  46.     Standard. Coya to send announcement no later than February 8 to give
  47.     one IESG member additional time for review.
  48.  
  49.  3. The IESG approved Definitions of Managed Objects for Frame Relay
  50.     Service <draft-ietf-frnetmib-fr-07.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Coya
  51.     to send announcement.

  53.  4. The draft charter and milestones for the NOTIFY WG were briefly
  54.     discussed. Changes to both charter and milestones are anticipated.
  55.     When ready for consideration, John will send the final version to
  56.     the IESG for their review. Will attempt to approve formation of the
  57.     WG electronically.

  59.  5. The IESG adopted the position that there should be a single primary
  60.     area director per Working Group. For areas with two ADs, one or the
  61.     other should be selected as the primary. Even with a single primary
  62.     AD, WG Chairs should keep both/all Area Directors informed (copied)
  63.     on all information.

  65.  6. A proposal was made to hold an IESG Retreat in the D.C. area on
  66.     April 26-27th at CNRI. Coya to make arrangements for a meeting room.
  67.  
  68.  7. The IESG agreed to meet Friday during the IETF meeting in Seattle.
  69.     Both the current and new IESGers will be invited. Coya to make
  70.     arrangements for the meeting room. Coya will also investigate the
  71.     possibilities of short IESG breakfast meetings every morning during
  72.     the week.

  74.  8. Steve Coya asked the IESG to review the list of potential IETF
  75.     meeting dates, especially the dates under consideration for the
  76.     Fall '94 meeting in the SF Bay area and the Summer '95 meeting
  77.     which will be held in Stockholm.

  79.  9. Phill directed Steve Coya to send out a straw poll on holding an
  80.     IETF meeting in Australia as opposed to Japan. This is in
  81.     anticipation of a Pacific Rim meeting being held in 1996.
