  46. D1  All drivers for SPEA boards are written by Ziegler Instruments. 
  47.     They come with CADdy 9.0. Please contact Ziegler Instruments for 
  48.     further details related to installation or in case of trouble.
  49.  
  50. D2  After a system reset call the file V7VMODE.
  51.  
  52. D3  Make sure that, in a dualscreen installation, the environment variable 
  53.     MSPEAPM refers to the first board with the VGA BIOS active.
  54.     The board, the PC boots on, must be configured as "left screen".
  55.  
  56. D4  This entry exists for previously relevant reasons only and can
  57.     be ignored for SPEA/V7 boards.
  58.  
  59. D5  GDCINI.DAT only exists for Graphiti boards. SPEA/V7 boards 
  60.     do not require GDCINI.DAT. The BigMicro driver searches for GDCINI.DAT
  61.     be default if the MSPEAPM environment variable isn't set or is
  62.     incorrectly set.

  64. D6  The (system) boot board should be configured as the right screen
  65.     controller. 
  66.  
  67. D7  A Graphiti board is configured as the right screen controller. 
  68.     As the Graphiti boards (with the exception of the FGA boards)
  69.     can't display DOS resolution). The DOS shell therefore can't be
  70.     called.
