  5. forth in this text. You are granted a non-exclusive license
  6. to use the software and documentation according to the 
  7. terms set forth in this agreement. All ownership and 
  8. copyright to the materials in this package, both software
  9. and documentation, remain exclusively with the author.

  12. form, with all accompanying files and documentation.  You 
  13. may NOT distribute this software as part of any other
  14. application, either personal or commercial.

  19. that allow the software to operate without the normal 
  20. evaluation restrictions, without purchasing a license to use
