  4. Swap current - & Prev. rec - Allows you to swap over the current
  5.                              record and the previous record.
  6.  
  7.                & Next rec - Allows you to swap over the current rec.
  8.                             and the next record.
  9.  
  10.                & Rec.no. - Allows you to swap over the current record
  11.                            and a record number that you specify.
  12.

  14. Goto specific rec. - Allows you to goto a record number that you enter.
  15.

  17. Clear search - Clears the search parameters from the search and exact
  18.                search option that are selected from the V.C.R panel.

  21. Copy rec. to - next & erase prev. - copies the current record to the
  22.                                     next record , completely
  23.                                     overwriting what was previously
  24.                                     there.
  25.  
  26.              - next & move rest - Moves all the following records on
  27.                                   by one and copies the current record
  28.                                   to the next, preserving what was
  29.                                   originally there.
  30.  
  31.              - all records - copies the current record over all of your
  32.                              records (be careful with this option!)
  33.  
  34.              - ? following recs. - copies the current records over the
  35.                                    next ? records , overwriting them.

  37.              - ? imaginary recs. - inserts ? copies of the current
  38.                                    record between the current and
  39.                                    next record.

  41.              - record no. ? - allows you to copy the current record to
  42.                               record number ?

  44.              - record range - allows you to copy the current record to
  45.                               a range of records.

  48. Delete record - erases the current record.

  51. Delete ? recs. - Allows you to delete a range of records from ? to ?

  54. Insert record - Inserts a blank record after the current record.

  57. Insert ? records - Allows you to insert ? blank records.

  60. Erase record contents - Erases the contents of your current record.

  63. Estimate recs - Estimates how many more records you have room for in
  64.                 memory.

  67. Free memory - Reports the amount of Chip/Fast and Total memory you
  68.               have left.
