  1. CONTROL PANEL HELP

  4.  Slider bar - The slider bar above the control panel can be used to move  
  5. Šquickly about through your records , simply by clicking on the bar.

  8.  ||    Pause - use when rewinding or fast-forwarding

  10.  ##    Stop - use when rewinding or fast-forwarding
  11.  
  12.  |<    Goto first record.
  13.  
  14.  <<    Rewind records.

  16.  <     Previous record

  18.  ^     Edit current record.
  19.        (If one of the fields you have set up is of EXTernal type then
  20.        you will not be able to edit that field as normal.
  21.        For an external field you have to click on the IFF ^ icon to
  22.        choose an IFF picture filename.
  23.        The external IFF picture can then be viewed with the
  24.        IFF disp. icon.)

  32.  ?     Search.
  33.        You have to enter into each field the part of that field you
  34.        wish to search for from the current record.
  35.        (ie. If one field is the NAME of people and you enter `a` as
  36.        a search parameter , then all names containing the letter `a`
  37.        will be found.)

  39.  =     Exact search.
  40.        You have to enter into each field the exact field data you
  41.        wish to search for from the current record.
  42.        (ie. If again one field is the name of people you would have
  43.        to enter the full name of a person to find.)

  45.  IFF ^ If one of the fields you have set up is of type EXTERNAL you
  46.        will be presented with the file requester and asked to
  47.        choose an IFF picture or an ASCII text file to put into this
  48.        field.

  50.  IFF DISPLAY  This will display an IFF picture or ASCII text file
  51.        from an EXTERNAL field if you have one set up.

  53.  FILTER (Please read the FILTER HELP file).
