  3.              INSTALLMENT - WITH ACCELERATION CLAUSE

  8. severally promise to pay, in lawful money of the United

  27. to any of us, cause additional parties to be added hereto,
  28. or release any party hereto, or revise, extend, or renew
  29. the note, or extend the time for making any installment
  30. provided for herein, or accept any installment in advance,
  31. all without affecting the liability of us, or any of us,
  32. hereon.

  34.      If suit be commenced on said note, the parties hereto
  35. jointly and severally agree to pay to the holder of said
  36. note a reasonable attorney fee.

  38.      The borrower agrees to pay a reasonable collection
  39. charge should collection be referred to a collection
  40. agency or to the payee`s collection facilities.

  42.      The parties hereto, jointly and severally, hereby waive
  43. presentment, demand, protest, notice of dishonor and/or
  44. protest and notice of nonpayment; the right, if any, to the
  45. benefit of, or to direct the application of, any security
  46. hypothecated to the holder until all indebtedness of the
  47. borrower to the holder shall have been paid;  the right to
  48. require the holder to proceed against the borrower, or to
  49. pursue any other remedy in the holder's power;  and agree
  50. that the holder may proceed against us directly and
  51. independently of the borrower, and that the cessation of

  65. of the parties hereto.

  73. them at any time fail in business or become insolvent, or

  75. other property of the parties hereto, or any of them, be
  76. attempted to be obtained or held by writ of execution,
  77. garnishment, attachment, or other legal process, or if any
  78. assessment for taxes against the parties hereto, or any of
  79. them, other than taxes on real property, is made by the
  80. federal or state governemt, or any department thereof, or
  81. if the parties hereto fail to notify you of any material
  82. change in their financial condition, then, and in such case
  83. all of the obligations of the parties hereto to you, or
  84. held by you, shall at your option immediately become due
  85. and payable without demand or notice.
