- All questions are worth equal points.
- Your raw score will be modified
- to create an "IQ(Intelligence
- Quotient)" type score. This score
- will be a product of how many
- questions you got correct, the time
- you took for the whole quiz and the
- number of questions you attempted.
- If you are under 15 your score will
- be modified by your age.
-
- The score is relative to how you
- have gone previously.
- Hopefully you find that you will
- improve your scores with practice.
-
- Most of the questions are fairly easy,
- but you will be battling against the
- clock. There are intended to be more
- questions than the time limit will
- allow you to do.
-
- How you budget your time will be
- important. Do not spend too long on
- any one question. If you are stuck
- on a question it will pay to just
- guess an answer and pass on to the
- next question.
-
- Although you do not lose a mark for
- an incorrect answer it will not pay
- to guess too many questions however
- as this will lose a few points in
- the long run.
-
- Remember there is only one preset
- correct answer for each question. If
- there seems to be more than one
- plausible answers then choose the
- one that seems to be the most
- consistent with the logic of the
- quiz.
-
- Once you have completed a question
- you cannot go back and change it.
- This is balanced by the fact that
- if you attempt all the questions
- then you will recieve a time bonus.
-
- The critical factors in determining
- your score will be speed and
- accuracy.
-
- Have fun and good luck!
