  70. HappyMan is the protagonist of the HappyMan MetaComic. While
  71. the recent theft of his brain has complicated matters, in 
  72. most aspects he is completely average.

  76. HappyMan lives in a MetaVerse very much like our own world. 
  77. However, there are some important differences.

  81. HappyMan is a contract programmer, writing code and 
  82. designing software for a wide variety of corporations. 
  83. Before his recent termination, he was part of the
  84. UltraMonkey V/R development group at GiantMedia. None of 
  85. HappyMan's programs have ever worked. Currently, HappyMan is
  86. fine-tuning his BLOCK (Basic Local Object Construction Kit) 
  87. operating system and the "BlockServer" web solution for 
  88. Intel microprocessors.

  91. original creator of UltraMonkey.

  123. UltraMonkey is a comic character created by HappyMan. He is 
  124. also a "real" monkey in the MetaComic MetaVerse occupied by 
  125. HappyMan and the other HappyCharacters.

  129. His GiantMedia press release claims he was born in Greece 
  130. and raised in Japan, at Akasaka Palace. However, UltraMonkey
  131. "comes from" an infinite number of time/space locations.

  136. UltraMonkey used to be a normal monkey. But repeated trips 
  137. through the "LiveLink" have resulted is "SuperEvolution",

  139. aqquired both man-like and machine-like characteristics.

  146. may well be permanent! During the "spells" caused by this 
  147. mental injury UltraMonkey becomes extremely paranoid.

  151. NullMonkey is UltraMonkey's brother. His diminished mental 
  152. capacity is the result of early, failed LiveLink tests 
  153. carried out by GiantMedia. But NullMonkey does have certain

  197. services in HappyMan's world. HappyMan is generally pleased
