  17. Mailing deadline is always 10 days prior to meeting date, to ensure
  18. sufficient advance notice of motions, etc. All copy (ads, columns, meeting
  19. notices, etc.) must be submitted by noon on the final copy deadline date,
  20. which is one week prior to the mailing deadline. Articles and any other
  21. material that isn't time sensitive must be submitted by the articles
  22. deadline, which is one week prior to the final copy deadline.

  24. Each issue will be made available, via anonymous FTP on mona.muug.mb.ca, under
  25. the pub/muuglines directory, on or shortly after the mailing deadline.  Files
  26. are available in PageMaker 4 source form, and in printer-ready PostScript form.
