  19. Mailing deadline is typically the Friday 11 days prior to the meeting
  20. date, to ensure sufficient advance notice of motions, etc. All copy
  21. (ads, columns, meeting notices, etc.) must be submitted by noon on
  22. the final copy deadline date, which is one week prior to the mailing
  23. deadline. Articles and any other material that isn't time sensitive must
  24. be submitted by the articles deadline, which is one week prior to the
  25. final copy deadline.

  27. Each issue will be made available at http://www.muug.mb.ca/pub/muuglines
  28. and ftp://ftp.muug.mb.ca/pub/muuglines/ on or shortly after the mailing
  29. deadline.  Files are available in OpenDocument source form, and in Adobe
  30. PDF form.
