  114. MICROSOFT SOFTWARE LICENSE: Windows Resource Kit
  115. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Microsoft grants to you the right to use one copy of the
  116. enclosed Microsoft software program (Software) on a single terminal connected
  117. to a single computer (i.e., with a single CPU). You may not network the
  118. Software or otherwise use it on more than one computer or computer terminal at
  119. the same time.
  120. 2. COPYRIGHT. The Software is owned by Microsoft or its suppliers and is
  121. protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
  122. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material
  123. (e.g., a book or musical recording) except that you may either (a) make one
  124. copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) transfer
  125. the Software to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for
  126. backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the written materials accompanying
  127. the Software.
  128. 3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS. This Microsoft License Agreement is your proof of license
  129. to exercise the rights granted herein and must be retained by you. You may not
  130. rent or lease the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or
  131. disassemble the Software.
  132. NO WARRANTY. ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SOFTWARE
  133. IS PROVIDED FOR USE AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MICROSOFT AND ITS
  134. SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
  135. INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
  136. FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  137. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall Microsoft or its
  138. suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation,
  139. damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  140. information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use
  141. this Microsoft product, even if Microsoft has been advised of the possibility of
  142. such damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or
  143. limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above
  144. limitation may not apply to you.  You may have additional rights, which vary
  145. from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
  146. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS
  147. The Software and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use,
  148. duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set
  149. forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer
  150. Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the
  151. Commercial Computer Software Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as

  154. If you acquired the Software in the United States, this Agreement shall be
  155. governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
