  1. The rename command (V) allows you to change the name of a file you have
  2. uploaded.  The command is given as follows:

  4.      V old_name new_name
  5.  
  6. Note that the old name must include the complete path (including 
  7. subdirectories) for the old file and that the new name is the name only.
  8. You may only rename a file if it belongs to you, i.e. you are the station
  9. that uploaded it.
