  59.  Unlicensed copies of Wilson WindowWare products are 100% fully
  60.  functional.  We make them this way so that you can have a real
  61.  look at them, and then decide whether they fit your needs or
  62.  not.  Our entire business depends on your honesty.  If you use
  63.  it, we expect you to pay for it.  We feel that if we treat you
  64.  well, you will treat us well.  Unlicensed copies of our 
  65.  products do have a registration reminder screen that appears
  66.  whenever you start the program.  This shouldn't really affect
  67.  your evaluation of our software.

  110.                  HOW TO INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE

  114.         1) Close down all extraneous Windows applications.  
  115.            (You do have to be in Windows to run SETUP.EXE)

  117.         2) Double-Click on the SETUP.EXE or use the Software
  118.            install facility (if available) in Control Panel.

  120.         3) When the setup program asks for a directory, specify
  121.            an initial directory, or accept the given default.

  123.         4) When the screen comes up that asks you what you want
  124.            to install, do your selections, then hit the NEXT button
  125.            to continue.

  134.                     UN-INSTALL INFORMATION
  135.  
  136.  This software may be uninstalled via the uninstall option
  137.  in the Control Panel Add/Remove software dialog, or by running
  138.  the setup.exe (or the setup32.exe) program in the installation
  139.  directory.  If you simply delete all the files first, you will
  140.  not be able to run the uninstall program and there may still
  141.  be traces of the program in various places on the system.

  160.                         UPDATE POLICY
  161.  
  162.  Wilson WindowWare frequently updates its products.  There are
  163.  various kinds of updates, including Major updates, Minor
  164.  updates, and bug-fix updates.
  165.  
  166.  Minor and bug-fix updates for our shareware products are free -
  167.  - subject only to our reasonable shipping and handling
  168.  charges for disks. As we are not in the disk selling business,
  169.  you may find that shareware vendors specializing in disk sales
  170.  can easily sell disks cheaper than we can.  On the other hand,
  171.  we *always* have the most recent versions of our software.   Our
  172.  shipping and handling charges for update disks are as follows:
  173.  
  174.      10.00  US and Canada for the first product.
  175.       5.00  US and Canada for each additional product.
  176.       9.50  Surcharge for shipping outside of US and Canada.
  177.  
  178.  If you obtain a minor or bug-fix update from Compuserve or
  179.  other online service, a BBS, a shareware disk vendor or from
  180.  another source, there is no charge from us (of course you will
  181.  have to pay the on-line service fees, disk vendors fees, or at
  182.  least pay your phone bill for downloading from a BBS). In
  183.  addition, you may use a single set of disks to perform minor
  184.  or bug-fix updates on any number of copies of a product.

  186.  The policy and pricing for Major shareware updates vary.
  187.  Depending on the nature of the upgrade, length of time since
  188.  the previous major upgrade, desirability of new features added,
  189.  the extent of revisions to the printed manuals (if any), work
  190.  involved and possible price changes for new users, we may or
  191.  may not charge fees.  Update fees for major updates tend to
  192.  run 20% to 40% of the cost of the product.  Major updates tend
  193.  to occur at intervals of 12 to 18 months.

  264.  software on a 21-day trial basis for the purpose of determining
  265.  whether the software is suitable for their needs.  Any use
  266.  of our software, except for the initial 21-day trial, requires
  267.  registration.  The use of unlicensed copies of our software,
  268.  outside of the initial 21-day trial, by any person, business,
  269.  corporation, government agency or any other entity is
  270.  strictly prohibited.

  388.   free from defects in material and workmanship, assuming
  389.   normal use, for a period of 90 days from the date of

  394.   with the software product.  If a significant defect in
