"Using an upgraded Type 80 main battle tank chassis this Self Propelled Anti Aircraft Gun (SPAAG) is fitted with a new two man turret armed with the Type 76 twin 37 mm gun originally developed for naval ships. The turret is fully traversable, has a roof mounted surveillance radar and each 37 mm cannon has a firing rate of 400 rounds per minute. Its maximum effective range is over 4,000 meters."
