  35.               header was off and one of the header strings was not blank.

  37.             ■ By default, headers and  footers now draw a line, even if  no
  38.               header  or footer string is defined. If  you do not want this
  39.               line, but want  to keep the three blank  lines, as it was the
  40.               default in version v1.0, issue the commands "\HE-" to  remove
  41.               the header and "\HLB:3" to  get three lines at the top of the
  42.               page,  "\FO-"  to remove the footer and "\FLA:3" to get three
  43.               lines at the  bottom of  the page. See  section "Headers" and
  44.               "Footers" in the file TXFORM.DOC for more details.
