            þ There was a bug in  the header and footer management when the
              header was off and one of the header strings was not blank. 
         
            þ By default, headers and  footers now draw a line, even if  no
              header  or footer string is defined. If  you do not want this
              line, but want  to keep the three blank  lines, as it was the
              default in version v1.0, issue the commands "\HE-" to  remove
              the header and "\HLB:3" to  get three lines at the top of the
              page,  "\FO-"  to remove the footer and "\FLA:3" to get three
              lines at the  bottom of  the page. See  section "Headers" and
              "Footers" in the file TXFORM.DOC for more details. 
         
            þ New error message  "Invalid range" for command arguments  out
              of range.
