- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 4 ea Egg yolks
- Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup Cream
- 1/2 cup Pecanse - chopped

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Heat syrup and pour over egg yolks. Cool, add salt, vanilla and
- whipped cream. Beat thoroughly and freeze.
