  25.         We are  approaching  the scheduled release date  for our new BBS
  26.     product,  which we  have named  RoboBOARD/FX 1.00 (TM).   We are not
  27.     providing an exact date for release but we have started beta testing
  28.     and things are going well.  We have made some changes in our company
  29.     and in the ROBO-BOARD Pro and Plus.  Please read this letter to find
  30.     out how these changes may affect you.

  32.         Seth Hamilton Graphics Inc.  has  undergone  some  major changes
  33.     since the original  ROBO-BOARD was first marketed in August of 1992.
  34.     The most obvious is the name change,   we are  now  called  Hamilton
  35.     TeleGraphics Inc.  This restructuring has been done in order to give
  36.     us the  organization required  to  release  future  RoboBOARDs  more
  37.     quickly and soundly.

  39.     - Seth Hamilton Graphics Inc. wholly owned by  Seth A. Hamilton  has
  40.       been disolved.
  41.     - Hamilton TeleGraphics Inc. is a new company with shareholders.
  42.     - Seth Hamilton is President of Hamilton TeleGraphics Inc.

  44.         In  order  to serve you better we have changed the way that Robo
  45.     BOARDs will be marketed.   As of RoboBOARD/FX 1.00 we will no longer
  46.     be a shareware product.  It is our opinion and the  general  opinion
  47.     of our customers  that people would rather  pay a nominal update fee
  48.     to receive professional support and quality,  not  possible  from  a
  49.     small shareware company.   This is within our rights as explained in
  50.     the  licence agreement  included  with  the  ROBO-BOARD PRO and PLUS
  51.     series.   After much thought we  chose  to  make  this  change  as a
  52.     balance between peoples expectations and the  financial  necessities
  53.     of running a successful company.

  55.     - RoboBOARD/FX 1.00 will not be a shareware product.
  56.     - ROBO-BOARD Pro and Plus will be discontinued when  RoboBOARD/FX is
  57.       officially released.
  58.     - RoboBOARD/FX  is  being  rewritten  using  100%  new  code,  owned
  59.       entirely by Hamilton TeleGraphics Inc., and will be a new product.
  60.       Hamilton TeleGraphics Inc.  holds  trademarks  on   RoboBOARD  and
  61.       Tel-FX; Seth Hamilton Graphics Inc. held no such trademarks.
  62.     - People who paid and are in our database will receive  RoboBOARD/FX
  63.       1.00 in the mail  at  no extra cost,  providing  we  have  correct
  64.       mailing information.  They will receive the 1 to 8 line version.
  65.     - The 5 UPDATES plan is no longer available to purchase.
  66.     - People who purchased the  5 UPDATES plan  and are in our  database
  67.       will receive their  5 updates  in the mail as well as RoboBOARD/FX
  68.       1.00 at no extra cost,  providing  we  have  the  correct  mailing
  69.       address.
  70.     - Professional level support will begin with the official release of
  71.       RoboBOARD/FX 1.00.
  72.     - FREE, our high quality Tel-FX Terminal package,  for you and  your
  73.       users to enjoy.
