  30.  |       Various symptoms result when trying to use Extended                    
  31.  |       Services R100 and Netware with Lotus Notes and possibly                
  32.  |       other products.                                                        
  33.  |           ES1 and Netware both provide a module named                        
  34.  |       NETAPI.DLL.  Depending on which version was loaded                     
  35.  |       first, the other product would fail because the modules                
  36.  |       were not compatible.

  39.  |  2. SOLUTION                                               |

  41.  |       The version of NETAPI.DLL that is provided in                          
  42.  |       Lan Server/Requester R2.0 resolves the problem.                        
  43.  |       It provides hooks that will intercept Netware calls                    
  44.  |       and pass them on to Netware's version of the module.                   
  45.  |       The Lan version of NETAPI must of course be first on                   
  46.  |       the libpath.                                                           
  47.  |           This version of NETAPI.DLL was not included in                     
  48.  |       the GA version of ES1.                                                 
  49.  |           If you installed Lan Server/Requester R2.0 after                   
  50.  |       installing ES1, the proper version of the file was                     
  51.  |       installed.  If Lan was installed first, or not at all,                 
  52.  |       replace the ES1 version of the files in  MUGLIB                        
  53.  |       with the corresponding files provided by Lan                           
  54.  |       R2.0.  Some experimentation has indicated that it                      
  55.  |       is better to replace all of the files rather than                      
  56.  |       just NETAPI.
