  7. This is basically a world domination game:  Your goal is to take over and
  8. rule all of civilization (for the good of the people).  Strategy, tactics,
  9. and logistics all play a role in the success of your empire.  You will
  10. start by ruling one city and having ownership of just a few objects.  Then,
  11. you will seek out the establishments of your opponents and forcefully
  12. persuade them to follow your cause (since there is no time to reason with
  13. them).  However, the largest and most powerful of your prey are an alliance
  14. that stands for freedom and independent rule, and resists change with all
  15. their might: the Neutral Player (NP).

  17. There is a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 human players, and always one
  18. Neutral Player that is played by the computer.  Playing with only one human
  19. is considered to be a practice game.  Human opponents are highly recommended.
  20. Supports play-by-email or other non-real-time remote playing.

  22. Interface is mostly alternate-character-font text-based.  No animated
  23. graphics or sound card support - this isn't an action game in that sense.
  24. However, if you like war and strategy games, at least give this a try!
