  25. ========
  26. The license agreement for AGiSS products are included separately in the
  27. file LICENSE.TXT.  This license agreement governs your use of AGiSS products,
  28. and covers the rights you have as a user of AGiSS software.
  29. Please read this agreement before ordering any software from AGiSS.

  31. GUARANTEE
  32. =========
  33. AGiSS software comes with a money back guarantee.  If you purchase software
  34. from AGiSS and are dissatisfied with the product, you may return it to AGiSS 
  35. within 60 days of the ship date for full refund.  Please contact AGiSS for
  36. return information before you send the product in for a refund.

  38. ORDER PROCESSING
  39. ================
  40. Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped to you
  41. via UPS or U.S. Priority Mail and should arrive within 3 days of the ship
  42. date. Payment must be received in the form of a check or money order,
  43. all checks must be from a US bank.  AGiSS reserves the right to verify
  44. transfer of funds on a check before any shipment is made.

  46. UPGRADES
  47. ========
  48. If you purchase an AGiSS software product, and a new version of the product
  49. is released within 100 days of the ship date, you are eligible for a free
  50. upgrade.  To upgrade your current version you may download the newer 
  51. shareware version and request a new registration code which converts the
  52. shareware version into a fully functional registered version.  To register
  53. the shareware version, you can send e-mail to WinGrade@micron.net with 
  54. a subject title of REGISTERED-UPGRADE, including the registered name as 
  55. it appears in the "Help|About" box, or write to the following address:

  62. MULTI-USER LICENSE
  63. ==================
  64. A multi-user license can be purchased at a discount rate.
  65. As listed in the license agreement, the registered owner may use the 
  66. software on several machines as long as software is not being used at the
  67. same time on each machine.  The software may be used on a network by as 
  68. many users as are licensed.  For example, if you purchase one copy of AGiSS 
  69. software with a multi-user license count of 10, then up to 10 users may use
  70. the software at a time.  If more than 10 users access the software at a time,
  71. then you have violated the license agreement and must purchase additional 
  72. user licenses.
