  4. hardware to the "winnthw" people, we would appreciate you providing us 
  5. input on you equipment the in the following format.

  7. If a particular device of yours does not have an explicit category, 
  8. please use the "Other Peripheral" entry to
  9. categorize it.  If there is more than one such device,
  10. simply cut and paste on another line as in the example
  11. below.  Use "N/A" for a category that you do not have
  12. hardware for.
