  4. Er heerst in  justitie  van Belgie  een
  5. plaag;   namelik  dat  de  oude  wetten
  6. (eindelijk?) eens vervangen worden door
  7. vernieuwde,   aan  de  tijd  aangepaste
  8. wetten. Dit heeft op computergebied ook
  9. een doorslaggevend effect,  weet u wel.
  10. Er  zal  in  januari  namelijk  in  het
  11. staatsblad   van   Belgie   een   nieuw
  12. koninklijk besluit verschijnen dat  het
  13. copieren van illegale software  verbied
  14. (er was tot nu toe  geen wet tegen!!!).
  15. Vanaf januari is het mooie leven van de
  16. swappers...   spijtig  genoeg  voorgoed
  17. teneinde.    Wantoestanden   zoals   in
  18. Duitsland (Welke  ik  persoonlijk  zeer
  19. erg vind...) zijn dan in Belgie ook  te
  20. verwachten,  met  name  uitgevoerd door
  21. vooral de  BOB  (bijzondere opsporings-
  22. brigade).  Speciale nota voor de lezers
  23. van koopjekrant Antwerpen  en omgeving:
  24. STOP  IN GODSNAAM MET HET VERKOPEN  VAN 
  25. SOFTWARE.  ER  LOPEN  AL  VERSCHILLENDE
  26. KLACHTEN BIJ HET GERECHT TEGEN SOMMIGEN
  27. ONDER U (zonder dat u het zelfs weet!).

  42. computerclub,  that  wanted to tell the 
  43. Belgian  guys  something  about pirate-
  44. copies and swapping. The author of this
  45. article   wanted   the  article  to  be
  46. written  clear in Dutch for the Belgian 
  47. people. The editors of The Technocratic
  48. Times do also want  to  tell  you  some
  49. rules  that  you  should  obey when you
  50. send us articles:  Please write them in
  51. ENGLISH, so  ALL  our  readers can read
  52. them, and if you  use a  texteditor and
  53. send us an ASCII-file will you spare us
  54. a lot of work. But a piece of paper  is
  55. better than nothing.  The article  here
  56. took  me a  lot  of wasted work to type
  57. with  my  poor  knowledge in the German
  58. language. Well here´s the article.
